Paco is one of Ghost's original guests, which Ghost uses to portray Mexicans as badly as possible by showing off their worst stereotypes, most notably laziness. He frequently talks about being down with 'La Raza', and tries to get Mexicans, or assumed Mexicans, to be more patriotic. The R63 counterpart of Paco is Consuela, who Ghost also claims is his maid.
